Big Box Renovations

Belmont Plaza was a former 84,000SF Shopko building that was renovated and transformed into a six tenant strip mall.

This project is currently in progress. This building housed a 87,000SF Shopko since 1986. This building will be split into approximately 4-5 tenants (roughly 25,000SF each).

The Idaho Asian Plaza was once a thriving business park. Datum Construction is currently working with the Owner to transform this once failing center into an Asian themed plaza which will house Asian themed restaurants, shops, and other retailers. This will be the first Asian plaza in the state of Idaho.
